Payment and Deposit Rinjani Trekking Expert Service : Where applicable and available, we offer the opportunity for Order Payment (in whole or in part and as required under Rinjani Trekking Expert payment policy) to us during the Order process via secure online payment (all to the extent offered and supported by your bank). For certain products and services, Rinjani Trekking Expert facilitates (through third party payment processors) payments for related products or services (i.e. payment facilitation services) for and on behalf of Operators (Rinjani Trekking Expert has never acted or operated as a registered merchant). Payments are processed securely from your credit/debit card or bank account to Owner Rinjani Trekking Expert bank (BNI and BCA) account through a third party payment processor. Any payment facilitated by us for and on behalf of, and transferred to Rinjani Trekking Expert in each case will constitute payment (a portion of) the order price by you for the relevant product or service in final (partial) completion which is due and must be paid the price and You cannot claim back the money paid. Rinjani Trekking Expert reserves the right to offer Travelers highly lucrative payment options (e.g. installment payment models) on their own or through payment service providers. Trip and Tour Package Cancellation and Refund

  • If Rinjani Trekking Expert does not confirm the requested booking or cancels an existing booking, all authorizations made on the Traveler’s credit card will be released, and any amounts collected will be refunded within 14 days.
  • Upon confirmation of the order, the cancellation and payment terms apply. Please read the information on the Order Details Page and your booking confirmation regarding these terms carefully.
  • Any cancellations must be made via email: rinjanitrekkingexpert@gmail.com. Complaints and claims regarding the climbing package or other tours will be handled via the same email or WhatsApp: +6285237824992  (Mr. Perdi).

Important Information on Insurance for Package Travel

When booking packages with Rinjani Trerekking Expert, unexpected events can occur. The insurance coverage includes:

  • Accidents during the pick-up process.
  • Accidents or losses occurring during accommodation.
  • Accidents and losses from the start to the end of the tour.

Rinjani Trerekking Expert recommends purchasing additional insurance policies, which are not included in the Adventure Travel package:

  • Travel insurance for financial challenges before departure.
  • Travel interruption insurance for disruptions after departure.
  • Adequate health insurance.

Your Responsibility

  • Provide all necessary personal information accurately and promptly, including any special needs (e.g., food intolerance, limited mobility).
  • Travelers booking for themselves or others accept obligations under these terms and conditions.
  • Inform others of these terms when using Rinjani Trerekking Expert services.
  • Be responsible for all bookings made under your control.
  • Ensure that all information provided is true and accurate.
  • Check all contractual documents for correctness and report any errors immediately.
  • Travelers with special needs must inform Rinjani Trerekking Expert at least 48 hours before departure.
  • Report any suspected breach of contract promptly.
  • Pay all agreed fees on time, indemnifying Rinjani Trerekking Expert for any damage caused by delays.

Package Includes:

  • Pick-up and transfers
  • One night of accommodation in Senaru/Senggigi before the trek
