Service Cancellation Policy

To avoid the emergence of problems in the future, it is necessary for us to determine and state the Rinjani Trekking Expert Cancellation Policy from the start. Of course, we don’t expect any unfounded complaints in the future, so for that, the following is the Rinjani Trekking Expert Cancellation Policy.

Chargeable Cancellation

Some conditions might be considered chargeable after booking has been made, as per the details below:

• Last-minute cancellations within 24 hours will be fully charged or the deposit treated as non-refundable.
• Bookings made within 7 days and cancelled within 3 days before trekking will incur a 50% charge of the total price.
• Bookings made within 3 days before trekking require full payment in advance, as our trekking operator directly sets the Rinjani ticket after booking confirmation.

Force Majeure

If something beyond our control happens after a booking is made, our company will consider it a free cancellation in the following conditions:

• Earthquake
• Airplane crash
• Sinking ships
• Car/motorbike accident
• Heart attack
• Covid suspect

Amended Bookings

Booking conditions may be amended in the following situations:

• Sickness (e.g., Dengue fever, Covid infection)
• Visa extension
• Hangover after a party

What Does Price Include on The Package You Are Booking?

Includes:

• Transport pick up on arrival day from any places in Lombok (Airport, Bangsal Harbor, Mataram City or Senggigi, and Kuta Mandalika)
• Transport for return or drop to next destination
• 1-night hotel on the first night in Senaru or Sembalun
• Transport movement from Hotel to Check in Point and Trekking start Point
• Expert Trekking guide and porters
• Food and drinks during the trek
• Mineral water with safe bottle
• Fresh fruits
• Soft drink : Coke, Sprite, Pulpy Orange, Pocary Sweat
• Tent, toilet tent, sleeping bags, and mattress (Standard Package)
• Camping Chair, Table, Pillow, Trekking Pole, Flash Light/Torch, rain coat on rainy season (Available on Deluxe Package)
• Entrance fee for the national park: IDR 400,000/trekker/trip (IDR 2000,000/person/day)
• Trekking Insurance (For Trekking Accident)
• First aid kits
• Luggage storage available at Our Office
• Trekking Certificate Of Appreciation

Excludes:

• Head lamp/hand torch for night trekking (standard Service).
• Small bag/daily pack for carrying personal items.
• Trekking shoes, rain jacket, long pants, gloves for comfort and weather protection.
• Airline ticket to Lombok.
• Extra porter for your own luggage.
• Tips for guide and porters (optional but appreciated).
